Ingredients:
1 Cup whole oatmeal
2 Tablespoon 100% Chia Seed flour, (may substitute Nuchia Original Chia Seed flour)
2 Cups water (or nut milk, skim milk, soy milk, can also mix milk and water)
Sea salt to taste (generally about 1/8 teaspoon)
Raisins optional
Preparation: Boil water, or milk and salt. Stir in oatmeal and Nuchia Chia Seed flour. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stir occasionally. Enjoy
Ingredients:
½ Cup water
½ Cup nut milk (or skim milk, soy milk, other)
3 table Nuchia Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon Nuchia 100% Chia Seed Flour
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
Sea salt to taste
Optional sweeter (sugar, maple syrup, other)
Preparations: Carefully warm liquids to 110 degrees. Then stir in Nuchia Chia Seed flour, Chia seeds, cinnamon and sea salt. Let stand for 2 minutes. Recipe makes one serving, enjoy.
Ingredients:
3 Large carrots
1 Cup water or nut milk
1 Table spoon 100% Chia Seed Flour
¼ Cup raisins
Sea Salt to taste
Cilantro
Sweeter optional
Preparations: Wash carrots. Cut carrots into chunks and place in blender along with water and sea salt. Blend to a creamy liquid. Add Nuchia 100% Chia Seed Flour and optional sweeter, blend once more. Pour equal amounts of the blended mix into two medium sized bowls. Chop chives or scallions into small bits and add equal amounts to each bowl. Add raisins. Top with whole leafs of cilantro. Use organic ingredients where possible
Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers
1 Cup water
1 Tablespoon Nuchia 100% Chia Seed flour
Sea salt to taste
Fresh chives or scallions
Cilantro
Add a little of your favorite sweeter, sugar, maple syrup, other.
Preparations: Remove skins from cucumbers. Cut cucumbers into chunks and place in blender along with water and sea salt. Blend to a creamy liquid. Add Nuchia 100% Chia Seed Flour and blend once more. Pour equal amounts of the blended mix into two medium sized bowls. Chop chives or scallions into small bits and add equal amounts to each bowl (my also add a few while blending). Top with whole leafs of cilantro. Use organic ingredients where possible
